I have to admit something:
We’ve had VERY little
And if I can be so bold…
(I don’t care for summer.)
I know…you all want to throw tomatoes at me. Probably freshly grown tomatoes from your SUMMER gardens.
But I live in Oklahoma: it’s 100 degrees roughly 300 days of the year.
(I may slightly exaggerate. Slightly.)
But this summer, my Dad happens to still be in the hospital (since the end of April), and we are up at the hospital with him 5 days a week. So Summer Fun hasn’t been able to happen outside of the hospital room.
But spending time with their MiMi and Papa? We wouldn’t trade this time for anything. We look forward to every day spent with them! Nothing for granted!
So I had to really think of a Summer Fun photo for this month’s photo challenge!
And here is where I tell you: I am BLESSED beyond words to have this little MIRACLE!
You can all comment on how adorable he is. I won’t mind at all.
Let me just say, ONE.MORE.TIME:
fostering and adoption is a WONDERFUL thing!
